“So let's not allow ourselves to get fatigued doing good. At the right time we will harvest a good crop if we don't give up, or quit. Right now, therefore, every time we get the chance, let us work for the benefit of all, starting with the people closest to us in the community of faith.” Galatians 6:9-10 MSG

One of our values at VOUS is servant leadership is our identity. Regardless of title or position, our response is always to serve. To serve means to fill a gap. To contribute. To add value. To be proactive. To find solutions. It’s a position of our hearts to say, “I’m available. I can help.”

Sometimes we can get weary in our serving. Whenever that happens, let’s be honest about it with our Heavenly Father in prayer. I often ask God to expand my capacity. I want to live my God Dream — the thing is, God dreams bigger than any of us do. So we need him to step into the areas we can’t handle alone.

What are some areas you’re struggling with in your servant leadership? Ask God to reveal them to you, to help you navigate the seasons.

With God’s help, there is nothing we can’t do!
